The name Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq was founded by G̈î Brêyêv, who was culturaly Constructi.

Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq was founded durring the early 16th century in spring of the year 1509, by G̈î Brêyêv. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq is is constructed arround a series of broad flagstone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

One or more crime bosses have a powerful influence within Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq. They may control crime within the community itself, or they may use it simply as a safe haven from which to direct their minions elsewhere. Local law enforcement may know all about them, but lack the strength to confront them and their paid or intimidated henchmen.

Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

In Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Sv-17o Kho Maquis was struck by a drought when Pond Landless grew too small to continue feeding Backwater Coral, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Wæm Lumhoppì Nigǐq lost 204 people, and 284 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 2 weeks, which are remembered as the Doom Thirst.
